Where this guide comes from

This guide grew out of a personal post I shared on my blog, My Next Season: I'm Not Building a Bigger Life. I'm Building a Better One. In it, I wrote about the questions I found myself asking when my own life reached a new season: What do I really want my life to look like? What am I willing to keep carrying? What am I finally ready to let go of?
